Below we present different monthly subscription plans based on your average service hours . Of course, we'll customize and create the plan to suit your needs.

The maintenance fee basically includes

  • General content design and maintenance tasks such as:
    • layout and loading of content such as pages, articles, products, properties, events, etc.
    • Creating banners.
    • Image processing.
    • Adjustments to the design mockup.
    • Mass import of information.
    • Inter alia.
  • General support services to ensure the proper functioning of the site, resolve contingencies and incidents caused by the use of the site or by the administrator, or by changes in third parties that affect its operation, etc.
  • Assistance in using the self-service system for those who need to interact with it.
  • Performing periodic backups and restoring them if necessary.
  • We constantly update our SISFOX CMS —if you have one—to improve its performance and usability . These are some of the tasks we perform:
    • Correction of general operating errors -bugs- or those that are the result of unforeseen logical circumstances or the use of the administrator .
    • Necessary code fixes due to the release of new versions of programming languages, databases, and software that impact website visits: browsers (IE, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, etc.), antivirus software, instant messaging software, operating systems, etc.
    • Code improvements to achieve better organic positioning (SEO)
    • Usability improvements for both the public site and the back office
    • Development of new modules and/or functionalities for both the management and presentation of content on the public site.

IMPORTANT : If your website is programmed with another system such as WordPress, Prestashop, Tienda Nube, Empretienda, etc., we will need to evaluate its configuration to confirm that we can provide support for it, especially regarding the technical aspects.

Generally, before contracting the subscription, we carry out a joint evaluation regarding the specific tasks to be performed monthly .

Unused hours can be carried over to the next month (rollover), but they expire if not used within 30 days. This way, the plan adapts to months with more or less activity.

If the tasks performed exceed the agreed-upon time in your plan by more than 20%, and you don't have any accumulated hours available, overtime will be billed at a predetermined rate based on your current plan. If the excess hours persist for two consecutive months , we will propose a plan update to better reflect the actual workload.

At the end of each month, you'll receive a detailed report with all the tasks completed and the time spent on each.

Payment can be made in cash via bank transfer or by credit card. Subscription payments must be made between one and ten months in advance. The cycle is calculated from the purchase date.

After the due date, a 5% late fee will be charged on the total amount for the current month.

It does not include custom programming of modules and/or special functions that you may need for your project. If required, they will be budgeted for in a timely manner.
